Most of the food was nice, but two of us found meat in our food today, while we had not ordered it.
Do not mobile order from this location. It consistently serves the smallest portions, never gets the order right, and serves undercooked food. The rice is ALWAYS undercooked. I ordered rice, chicken, 2 types of salsa, cheese, lettuce, guac. They forgotthe guac, and they forgot the rice. They charge nearly $4 for guac and gave me a bowl with just salsa, a huge helping oflettuce, 5 pieces of chicken and cheese. I had to drive to the location and ask to get it remade. The floors have food and trashall over the place. The line always takes forever to get through. Just save your time and money and avoid this place.
Update: 8/22/22 you give the place another opportunity to find a Nail in your food. My husband could have literally choked to death . This place should be shut down . See attached photos. Just to further back up my previous review. This place is adisaster and a complete nightmare to order food from. Terrible Customer Service and The manager last night was very rude . TheFood is constantly terrible and made incorrectly and never any chips and queso if you come past 9pm. This place sucks , theentire staff needs training on good customer service skills , and how to work with a sense of urgency. They move slower thanMolasses. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I have to say, I am not 1 to go online and make a complaint, however this experience was so bad I HAD to. 1st their $12 NEW steak has zero flavor and If it does it is over taken by the FIRE sauce they tell u is only hot. Hot is an understatement, Ieat hot, this made my mouth hurt so bad I could continue eating if I wanted to. I was charged $3 for queso, that also had zeroflavor. I have no issues spending money on food, however this was NOT good. Brought my mom here with me, her 1st time. Also herlast. $21 for a steak bowl that 's ending in the trash after 5 bites. To top it off their women 's room was out of toilet paper,and the person previously to me was an employee. Poor situation all around.
Busy day. No time to clean the store. They were out of chicken, steak, barbacoa, corn and chips. Waited for ten minutes found all this out, left and went to Five Guys burgers and fries.
