Burger King - Davenport

A huge difference from other BK's, the staff are very friendly place very clean. This should be a model for other BK's.

OMG I have never experienced such bad service from a manager. I went through the drive through around 9 pm tonight and ordered enough food for 5 people when i got to the window to get my meal I was given 5 sodas without a cup holder when I asked the young man at the window for a cup holder he started laughing and the manager was laughing along with him. so when I realized they thought it was funny I asked them do you expect me to drive with 5 sodas without a cup holder the manager came up to the window and smirked and said goodnight and slammed the window. I've been coming to this Burger King for a long time and I've never experienced anything like that she very rude and unprofessional the customers should be treated with respect I didn't see anything unreasonable with asking for a cup holder but instead of giving me one i got the widow slammed in my face I drove to the front of bk and tried going in to get a cup holder but the doors were locked so I had to go to 7/11 to get a cup holder when I could have gotten one right there at the drive through please train your managers and teach them how to respect the customers we keep you in business and what happened tonight was very unecessary...I GUESS TONIGHT I DIDNT GET TO HAVE IT MY WAY.

They dont care for customers, I was in drive thru and placed an order they got it wrong went back thru drive thru and they got it wrong again. I went inside and I told them to give me back the money they was not happy . Then noticed that the cashier was handling money and food with NO GLOVES when it is nasty and we are in a pandemic with coronavirus. So I told the manager and she with an attitude said she'll let them know. Wow If im able to rate this place with 0 stars I will they dont need the one star

Best Burger King I've ever been to. Mr. Gonzalez the manager is friendly, polite and a professional. The store is as clean as a whistle and the food is always just the way you ordered it, and tastes great. I love when they have the 2 for 5$ Whopper deal. I wish they'd do that more often. If you are a boss at Burger King, you should give this staff a nice raise. They deserve it...honest. Eric Rusch, Kissimmee

I?m new to the area so I went today thru drive thru the pregnant lady that cashed me out was very nice and kind I had to wait for a few minutes but she make sure to let me know of what was going on with my food she read the order back to me since my sons and I are Very picky everything was just as I ordered .while they were preparing my food ! That was a very good service and I really appreciate if the whole crew had the same work ethic : my food tasted fresh and everything was just like I ordered it was nice talking to such a nice lady she complemented my nails that?s a plus lol : definitely will be coming back !
