Friendly staff. It has a divey feel, not in a bad way. It feels decidedly local. 'Townie ' can get thrown around as an insult or shorthand for unsophisticated, but Boozie 's wears it like a comfy sweatshirt. Locals congregate there to feel comfortable, not to throw hands if an out-of-towner stops by. Sit down, have a drink, and enjoy yourself, but don 't expect it to be something it isn 't. I love the ambience of the restaurant, I've been coming there since the 90s. The service was great and quick for being a busy day downtown. However I do remember the food being better with more spices. The last time I was there the blt bacon was the size of my pinky and had no flavor much like the meat and cheese. Really appreciated the personal service that we received from the bartender ... Made us feel welcome and insured the food was excellent ... It's definitely a quieter place ... One that doesn't crazy busy ... Atmosphere has a classic old downtown feel which is appealing for those at a slower pace ... will be back manually times !
First time visiting this establishment. Not very crowded due to mid-week visit. Food was delicious and plentiful. Staff was courteous and attentive. Price as expected. Will be visiting again to try the signature burger.
Visited on a Tuesday evening and the place was PACKED! The bartenders were busting their butts and did so with smiles on their faces. Super cool atmosphere. I enjoyed my visit.
Always a good time, I'm a regular here all the bartenders are amazing. Karaoke on Friday and Saturday is always a fun time. Monica the owner is so nice and she's a great owner.
I stopped in yesterday for the first time to get some lunch because I've passed it a ton of times on my way to and from work and always thought it seemed like an interesting place. I'm so happy I did! The food is delicious (I got the Boozie's burger with a side of fries). The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. The whole place has a generally cool vibe. 10/10, I will most definitely be back!
