We were here around 12 noon which was amazing coz no long lines of people. We ordered their chicken (4pcs) , the shrimp, soups too. They give discounts to pwd and senior citizen here. The order time was fast. We pick a spot in the second floor. While waiting for the food it was awhile before it was delivered. Spoon and fork is located beside the counter as well as water. There was no tissue provided though. They have a CR so it's good.

When hungry and with money to spare, Tokyo Tokyo had been our go-to restaurant despite long service times. You can always have a familiar and comforting experience dining even if you're trying new items on the menu. Just really hoping they would do something about the serving time and the air-conditioning. The food far outweighs the inconveniences.

We love the food here but the service is really bad. There are three crew in the cashier station and one is just standing watching yet no one dare to clean our table when we arrived. We instead cleaned it. Next is they forgot our orders, and have to ask us again what is our orders, and we are already hungry. To the owner of this store please do evaluate your crews' performance.

Helpful and accommodating staffs. Good food. Please improve the cleanliness of the place and kindly add more tables and chairs for your costumers. I will rate 5 stars for the food.
