Although we understand it was a busy night, we felt neglected after waiting for 30 minutes without any attention, even just to have our table cleaned from the previous guests. It seemed like we were being deliberately ignored, as others who arrived after us received service right away. We genuinely love Harana and enjoy dining there when we visit Davao. We hope that on our next trip, the service will be much improved.
