The staff is quick to respond and very respectful. The seating arrangement has chairs and tables spaced about a meter apart. As for the prices, they are a bit on the higher side. Overall, the pasta and lasagna were decent for my Filipino palate; they had a nice balance of sweet and salty flavors. However, the fried chicken I ordered was undercooked and still had blood inside, which I found quite unappetizing. That’s definitely a dealbreaker for me.

The staff were friendly, and although the pizza took a little while to arrive, it was delicious. For parents with young children, the restaurant provides high chairs.

The group decided t... read more We we 're a group of five who was on the verge of biting each other 's arms off for sustenance on a tiring Monday afternoon at Gaisano Mall. The group decided to go to this establishment to hopefully ease out the hunger clawing out from our insides. I was their Guest of Honor , not having seen two of my past workmates/friends from way back when. I sat at the table waiting for them to finish off their choices and there were a whole lot of people so understandably their waiting staff would be busy to the bones and it was anticipated. Just like clockwork, the cashier assured my friends that food will be served in 15 minutes. We were served twice the amount of the usual waiting time so talk about lousy service. Their food was semi-cold and the spaghetti was almost too bland to taste any flavor. The chicken needed some Umph! in it and their kitchen crew really need to step it up. I love the food chain and the food they offer but no matter how great your product is, when you don 't deliver the service that you promise, you 're a guaranteed flop!
