I would give it zero stars if possible the pizza crust was as thin as a piece of paper the quality of the food was terrible and the help was kind of rude and my son bought a cheeseburger hoagie and the burger was terrible as was as the vegetables looked like they were a week old

OMG! INCREDIBLE PIZZA!! Not too greasy, amazing flavor, and the homemade dough is unbelievable! Perfect softness and crunch. Just can't get dough like this where we live.

The service at this location was incredibly bad. When asking what was in the meals the server did not know, and wasn't even able to bring the food on time as was requested. The food was horrible, I got incredibly sick after this meal and will never eat here again. I would not suggest this to friends.

We went to Villa Rosa this past Saturday night and were very disappointed with the service and food. We come here every year and have had good service and decent food each time, but were extremely disappointed this year. We were a party of 8, where 3 of us ordered pizza and the rest ordered meals. The pizza came out quick (within 15 minutes of placing order and was apparently great (as it always is , but the rest of us did not get our food for another 35-40 minutes after the pizza came out. The waiter we had was great and very understanding through it all. We asked for the manager, who did come out to talk to us, and when we expressed to her how unsatisifed we were with the speed of food coming out and how the pizza order should have never gone in if the rest of our meals were not ready to be cooked, she got very defensive and tried to tell us the kitchen was very busy (when only half the restaurant was full and that their meals are prepared fresh when ordered. First off, as a manager, she should have listened to us and been more willing to work with us, as we ARE the customer, instead of getting on the defensive and acting like an hour to wait is acceptable. Secondly, the meal we got, the Tour of Italy (chicken parm, lasagna, and manicotti [I think... was inedible. The meat in the lasagna (some sort of ham was spoiled, both smell and taste, and the chicken parm tasted freezer burnt. They did comp our entire meal (our waiter informed us of this, NOT the manager. She enevr came back out after the meals had been served to check on us... , but this doesn 't make up for the unexplainably slow service and poor management. I usually have great things to say about restaurants and let a lot of little things go, but this was by far the worst meal I 've ever had. If you do want to give it a shot, stick with the pizza. That 's one dish they actually do right. Other than that, don 't bother. You 'll be wasting your time...
