This house is very horrible- The bathroom look really disgusting the bathtub is small, especially The rooms is small and the windows are really small Very dense... read more This house is very horrible- The bathroom look really disgusting the bathtub is small, especially The rooms is small and the windows are really small Very dense, closet door is horrible about fall when you move it. The smell the house give not pleasant, kitchen does not look like how it in the picture, the stove is small and smelly, the cabinets is small and the light doesn’t work. They took our dogs stuff without our consent, and without our permission while it was outside. The office lady is very rude, sudden, and impolite, give you bad vibe, ill mannered. And complains Lot’!! if KIDS and PET!! Live there it not good they will complain lot and make you move out!! This apt should be not in market or for rents!. They don’t refund our Deposit, instead they make you pay more money.

None of th... read more Twelve trees is a horrible, horrible place to live. Severe black mold all around. Roaches, no work or updates done the whole 14 years we lived there. None of the staff was friendly. Manager aloud people to dry clothe on grass. People sitting on curbs around the cars and would not move from near parking spaces. No lawn maintenance. Paint chipping off front of many townhouses. Doubled rent during pandemic. They left hole in ceiling after it fell in for over a month. Staff was down right lousy. Do not, do not move in there you will suffer and regret it!

Buildings need to be torn down at this rate. We are dreading the April showers because that's when you get rain indoors. No working security lights. I doubt the so called care taker lady does any walk throughs in the complex. She will only drive by to place rent envelopes on your door and run off to avoid meeting the renter!! Maintenance is so backed up. They will show but weeks after you report a problem. Roaches!! Mice!! Oh Jesus!
