My favorite place to stay in South Beach. Perfect location… quiet when it needs to be and a block away from the beach. The friendliest and most helpful staff. And it doesn’t hurt that they provide breakfast every morning, chairs and towels for the beach, and always willing to give you helpful tips and fun destinations to visit.Nearby activities: One block from the beach on Ocean Drive; 3-4 blocks from shopping on Lin... What Raesha Trimble doesn't like about The Shepley South Beach:
Guswas cool jerry was cool. the woman with longer hair at The front desk made me feel very unwelcome. She may need to work on her customer service. Ugly small rooms. The president down the road had a much better experience service wise. Too many other hotels to have to be feeling unwelcomed. View all feedback.

The best thing about this hotel is it’s location in South Beach. We could walk to everything beach, bars, clubs, restaurants, you name it! I would definitely stay here again, and the price was very reasonable. The hotel itself is clean, and staff were lovely. There’s an outdoor seating area in the front where you can chill or eat a to go meal. We got a double room to share with another couple. Floor space is a little tight, especially if you have luggage, but definitely manageable. The beds were comfortable and AC worked well. The bathroom was a good size but the sink is really small and there wasn’t a lot of shelf space to put toiletries. Shower was great.Breakfast is included deli meats, some pastries and cheese. Good coffee. There is a fridge with water and you can also store stuff in it.Beach towels are provided. Will be back!
This hotel and staff were so welcoming throughout our stay in South Beach. The hotel is stunning and it was like stepping back in time, which was due to the original art deco style of the hotel. It was so quiet and a stones throw away from the beach. We also liked that there was a public car park directly across from the hotel; it was $20 a day bargain for Miami. Thanks again for making our stay so fabulous.

Spent the first two nights of our holiday here from the UK. Such a lovely hotel with a super friendly staff. Of particular note is Gabby who was always so friendly and helpful; nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel highly and would definitely stay again should we be in the area.
