Strand Ocean Drive Suites

First room stanked but they gave us a better one breakfast was good but need to switch up menu like oatmeal one day grits another sausage one day then bacon the next add apple juice pancakes one day waffles the next other than that it was very nice oh ya and the pool and bar should stay open longerRooms: Nice clean

We were in rooms C405 and the room looked NOTHING like the pictures online. The pictures are actually photoshopped. The beach was zoomed in. This is not partial or ocean view. The beach was way over yonder! The front desk is very rude. We were promised room service every 2 days, but didn’t receive it at all! The were rude by wanting to give us clean towels, and rags daily! They only provided us with 3 small roles of toilet tissue for FIVE FEMALES! When we requested more, they told us no, and we had to buy our own. The rooms and hall ways are HOT! The air doesn’t work. When was told it was 83 degrees in the room, rob was rude stating that’s perfect temperature and they wasn’t fixing it. The shower looks like it was made from the 1960’s! The only thing good about this hotel is the location, but it’s NOT worth booking. Please save your money!

This is the worst hotel ever! The pictures are definitely deceiving your needs are not going to be accommodated without having to argue with them. We had to supply our own toiletries, etc. EVERYWHERE in the hotel was hot the air conditioner was not working at all. We was also told it was hot in other customers room also was told by front desk that it won’t gone be fixed either. The room service was not it! She barely touched our room, had to put our trash outside the doors ourselves. Everything about this hotel was terrible!!! I would not recommend it to nobody if you’re vacationing in Miami. It was located where everything was located on the strip. KEEP YOUE MONEY ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!

The room was very nice, but there were somethings worn out and broken, tp holder was falling off the wall, the track to bathroom door was broke, tub leaked if you used the wrong water valve. And be prepared for loud music from top and bottom till

The Goods: The dude at the front desk was super chill. We enjoyed the shower, and it was a neat location, and the balcony was nice to relax on.The Bads: The balcony chairs broke and cracked when we sat in them. The shampoo and conditions were hard to open with wet hands. Also like 6 members of the staff literally barged in unannounced to fix the AC with no warning, while we were in the room.Overall positive experience for a fun trip. ?
