I ordered a meal to be delivered at 7:30 PM, but someone showed up just 20 minutes after placing the order, at 5:20 PM. I had to send the food away since it was meant for my girlfriend, who wouldn't be home until the scheduled time. The same delivery person came back at 7:10 PM. When I called to voice my frustration, I felt dismissed and interrupted. They claimed they send their delivery drivers out early due to traffic, but we live just two minutes away, and the person delivering wasn’t even from Uber Eats. I wouldn't usually raise a complaint, but this is not the first time they've disregarded the scheduled delivery time, which is clearly stated on their website.
