I quite often come here for a quick lunch during the week. The gado gado is excellent and very fresh. The pho is also very nice and very filling. The staff are usually very quick and friendly. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Ruby:
Location is excellent at a street corner with trees and public space. Busy on a Sunday with yum cha crowd. Some old Chinese being taken out on Sunday by family. Ordered 7 dim sums. No tea. Tap water. 50 dollars. Quality, if using best Sydney yum cha as a 10, is no more than a 5. Best was taro. More than half were Chinese, suggesting there is not much competition in this market. Ruby was a good spot on a Saturday nightThere were many full tables but we got one inside with air conditioning, thankfully.
I quite often come here for a quick lunch during the week. The gado gado is excellent and very fresh. The pho is also very nice and very filling. The staff are usually very quick and friendly.
We were there one night pretty late. The atmosphere was delightful (we were sitting outside) - view of the street, but still pulled back. The food was pretty good. All in all, this is definitely a place to return to, especially in the late evening.
We stopped in here to get lunch and were quite pleased with our meals.The food was fresh and served quickly. There are no toilets onsite, they are in the shopping centre.Staff were a little disorganised with two people taking our orders (one for entrée, one for main), before they realised it was one table. I also saw that the waiter was about to head outdoors to give our entrée to another table, before he was corrected by another staff member.All in all, a good experience though.
Lemongrass chicken and pad thai noodles where very good. Staff where very friendly. Going back tonight again

The service and food were both fantastic! The pork belly and beef shank clay pot fried rice were out of this world, with amazing flavors.
The food at this restaurant is outstanding! It is so delicious that I could eat there every day.
The best Vietnamese cuisine in the city. Highly recommend trying it out!

The food was good, and came out quite quickly. Prices are average. All in all a good choice if you want some good viet food at a nice venue.
