What a place! Dingy spots, fluorescent lighting, bamboo walls
$15 lunch rocks!!! Good is tasty. Service was great. Will head back to catch the night scene and dinner.
Spent around four days in Darwin, and stayed at the Hilton.
Great place to stop in for a good pub meal. $15 for really delicious steak sandwich and a beer for lunch and a 300g steak and mash for $20 for dinner. Great value and great food. There is also a band playing at night.
I have never experienced a worse and rude bouncer like Andrew. He declined me entry even we were sober and well dressed in a Sunday night. We were polite, had ID ready and just wanted to have a drink at Monsoons bit because of his mood he declined every second guess entry. When we asked for the manager he said that he is the manager of the entire Monsoon and there's no one else to complain at. We will never come back at spread the bad news all over the web
