Distressing scenes at the takeaway this evening. Unfortunate child caught in the middle of parents and customers as translator, leading to total breakdown and upsetting scenes. All avenues attempted to resolve the situation but upsettingly a total breakdown in communications led to awful scenes and a distressing experience.
