Description

Welcome to the Cherry Tree, the perfect spot to unwind! With its warm and friendly atmosphere, our pub is a haven for those seeking great food and drink in a welcoming environment. Enjoy a diverse selection of beverages, including the best pint of Timothy Taylors Landlord for miles, while taking in lovely views from our spacious beer garden. Whether you’re arriving muddy from a walk with your four-legged friends or just looking to relax, everyone is welcome here. Our menu features hearty home-cooked meals that provide excellent value for money. Diners rave about the steak and kidney pudding and the catch of the day, but do keep in mind that some dishes, like the lamb tagine, may pack a bit of spice. We also offer special starters, though we're always looking to enhance your experience, so feel free to let us know your thoughts! Parking is a breeze, and the picturesque scenery surrounding the pub is absolutely stunning, making it a delightful destination for all. Our friendly staff ensure swift service, and we even cater to our canine visitors with treats, ensuring that everyone leaves satisfied. While most guests have enjoyed their time here, we value all feedback. If you have specific dietary requirements, especially gluten-free needs, please do inquire ahead of your visit so we can best accommodate you. The Cherry Tree is more than just a pub; it’s a community gathering place where friends and families come to unwind. With beautiful views across the valley, spacious seating, and a cozy interior, it’s truly a gem worth visiting. Come and experience it for yourself – we can’t wait to welcome you!.

It is difficult to provide a rating for the atmosphere of this restaurant, as we attended a wake and found the space to be cramped and challenging for guests to navigate. The restaurant does not accommodate elderly or disabled individuals, as the entrance is narrow and has steps. The parking situation is not ideal, as the carpark behind the restaurant has a steep incline that may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Additionally, there is only roadside parking available on the narrow road in front, which can be unsafe for individuals using wheelchairs or those with limited mobility. There is no lowered access point for wheelchairs or prams.
