Went in quick lfor a coffee. The worker at the counter was nice and quick to take my order. Ordered a Peppermint Mocha latte. They made it fast and I was on my way. Tasted just the way I like it. View all feedback.
What Dee doesn't like about Starbucks:
Multiple times I've paid for my order and ordered in advance only to wait in the drive thru line for 30-40 minutes. Then my frozen drinks are melted and hot drinks are lukewarm. I've had enough and will not be going to Starbucks anymore. It's just not worth it. View all feedback.
The employee(s) are rude! I called before and they were rude and in store as well. I even tipped the girl and she didn’t even bat an eye to say thank you. I’m not obligated to tip. I was on the phone and someone hung up on me deliberately! If you don’t like your job, get another! Find your life purpose but don’t take it out on customers! The energy completely turned me off from bringing my money there ever again. When are companies going to realize that hiring employees that don’t have good energy will turn customers away. Being kind will be rewarded, if not, it will cost you and the company! Smh ??
Stopped in on Monday to grab coffee and something to eat, couldn't get anyone's attention be cause they were to busy cleaning! the whole food case was empty, not because they were out of food but they took everything out because they were CLEANING it! REALLY since when is cleaning everything more important than serving customers?Absolutely crazy!
Slow !!! Its takes over 30 mins to get a Oder . This Starbucks SUCKS!!!!!!!! Rude disrespectful customer service the girls here think they worth something .. you work at Starbucks you ain’t top shelf. The food is pre made and you’re making coffee, how hard is that ?

The barista had such a a horrible attitude. I was in the store waiting 10 minutes for an app order that was done 10 minutes to me getting there, and when I had asked how much longer she was very rude, and said “it’s in my hand right now.” I was looking at my phone waiting, and I hear someone say “your drink is right there.” Instead of calling out the order name; or the drink name. So I said oh thank you. She rolled her eyes. The two baristas looked miserable, and their attitude reflected it, mean while the manager is sitting on a lab top instead of managing or helping the staff. I could’ve got better and quicker service at Dunkin.
