Edit, I last went here 9 months ago where I was very disappointed but today I thought I'd try again and this time was much better, my wrap was hot and had a good portion of chicken in it, and staff seemed happier

Bluewater food hall is usually noisy so I would recommend going outside instead to enjoy.
