Joov - Dartford

Paid for scoops of ice-cream..not even very big scoops..in cones. It was nice ice-cream admittedly but a ridiculous price. They do juices health drinks and frozen yoghurt too btw.

I had been wanting to have an ice cream from here for ages, so when I finally could I jumped at the chance. To be treated like I was annoying them asking them for ice cream. I waited minutes as a family was being...served in front of me. The bearded man started to turn people away as he was closed he was saying. So the man who was paying for his families ice cream said he wanted two more ice creams for the people who wanted to buy something from them but he turned away. Which is lovely! But obviously I had been waiting for my turn and the server did state he will serve me first, granted! But then he ruined it when I asked to try two flavours first, his words were hurry up I want to go home and for someone who works in retail myself, I was so shocked. Customer service is priority straight after health and safety. I felt immediately under pressure and so angry. He kept huffing and puffing like I was holding him up. Fair enough people do have lives and have places to be but in customer service you have to fake a smile until the end no matter what, be polite and smile until everyone is gone and then you can moan, but I can't believe people are employed like this in customer service. He clearly don't care about his job. While he was waiting for me to decide a flavour which literally took minutes, he was saying to the couple that waited he wants to hurry up and go home so can they be quick. And then for some reason (the fact the ice cream is actually so beautiful maybe), I went back. A young male served me, it was just him serving. I stood at the ice cream like I did last time and like I have seen others do, for about minutes while he served others and when he finally was about to serve me, he doesn't, he serves someone that just turned up instead. So I stood there in disbelief and then said that I've been waiting. He looked at the girl out of the corners of his eyes and said he needed to serve me. Like I had asked for too much! He served me looking so miserable. I felt so unwelcome. They all need serious training or to be dismissed. The fact that I wrote Joov an email as well and have heard nothing back. Avoid! And let them go bust like they deserve

After a strenuous shopping expedition a delicious ice cream was a welcome refresher after a Burger King. While we stopped to sit and enjoy we did notice one or two people being kept waiting a bit, but we were served promptly

My young daughter and I waited mins for a fruit smoothie. The two cups were eventually passed to us, rock hard and too thick, and it could not pass up the straws at all. I asked the rude, scowling, bearded man to put some...more juice in it for us and he scowled again, looked in disgust at his female colleague and said alright, alright in an aggressive tone. We were made to feel most unwelcome. And it was not made better to see that they treated the other customers with contempt while we waited too.. Very badly trained and rude staff. We won't be returning again.....

Great frozen yoghurt, nice flavour and some good toppings. The price on the steep side, in comparison to some other places we have had the exact same product.
