This restaurant is fantastic with a wonderful atmosphere. I ordered a cold beer, halloumi fries, and calamari rings. Everything arrived quickly and was really delicious. I would definitely recommend it! However, the waiter was quite grumpy and didn't smile at all. View all feedback.

My review focus is based on the service received. Staff may be dressed smartly, but some were so tired they couldn’t focus on serving me (yawning openly). The happy ones that weren’t tired were too loud, between themselves, and distracted us from our conversation. A Latte coffee order was served lukewarm, twice!! Items were missing from our bill. We had a Groupon voucher for afternoon tea, and it was excellent and a fantastic value for the money. The food was delicious, and the service was great.
The food wasn't great, although the presentation was nice. Unfortunately, the servers were not very welcoming and didn't attend to their customers; they simply delivered the food and moved on without checking in. We had to ask another server for our bill. Additionally, the bathroom is located on the ground floor.

What a lovely Cafe-Restaurant. The service, food quality and location were so convenient for us. There was a big choice for dishes and drinks. Amazing ambiance inside the restaurant as it was full most of the day.
Very friendly employees. Food very good, nice athmosphere. Good background music. Very close to Trafalgar square
