Michelin rating just had a flat tire with this recommendation. First, their was a big fly busying around even to the point that it was in the forehead of our maître, his explanation was that this was common to have flies in that part of the country. It was a fantastic experience, the growing moon menu with your partner. We discover very rich things, textures, flavors, smells. in a very cozy atmosphere. It is curious how after you have tasted a good amount of wines, you go to a place like this and discover other 6 completely different.
Excelente cocina extraída de su huerto, que está viendo mientras prueba los productos. saborearemos el menú de luna llena, regado con un vino tinto de la tierra de reserva de 2010 fresco y muy apropiado, recomendado por nuestro metro. el personal en todo momento muy atento, y explican cada plato en detalle. para terminar, una infusión, con hierbas de su propio huerto, hinox, dulce y santo brodo, digestivo y sabroso, acompañado de dulces hechos por ellos también muy sabroso. cambian el menú cada 28 días por la luna, y cada temporada, por qué trabajan con productos que dan el propio huerto. Definitivamente volveremos en otoño.
