I’ve been a loyal customer here for a long time, whenever I wanted Asian food, this was always my first choice. Last visit, our group spent close to €300, so this wasn’t a cheap night out by any means. I ordered the ramen, which came loaded with meat. Since I’d already filled up on sushi, I barely touched it, my bowl was probably still 90% full. When we settled the bill, I asked to have it packed up to take home. When I got home and opened the box, I was genuinely shocked. There was a single piece of meat, maybe 2cm x 1cm, and noticeably fewer noodles than what was left in my bowl. Where did the rest go? I honestly don’t know, but it’s hard not to feel like a significant portion of my meal was either used for something else or simply not included when packing. After spending €300 in one evening, I’d expect to at least receive the food I paid for and didn’t eat. It’s a small thing logistically, but it says a lot about how a restaurant values its customers. The food itself is still delicious, hence the 2.5 stars, but this experience has seriously shaken my trust. I’m genuinely unsure how to feel about it, and whether I’ll be back, which is something I never thought I’d say about this place.

I started to doubt that manu so large is hard to deliver. But they did! If to complain, then the menu might be a bit confusing, and there was one guy trying to serve everyone. But when it comes to price/experience/food then all clicks together.

There is not much variety in this restaurant and the service attitude of the stuff really needs to be improved. Wenn du Sushi Buffet essen willst, ist hier auf keinen Fall eine gute Wahl.
