Mr. Y's Pizza N Fries - Darlington

I’m a regular customer and I absolutely love your food! I always enjoy excellent service from your friendly staff. Thank you for the convenience of online ordering—I just used it for the second time!

I'm currently looking at their Facebook page. The last few times I've ordered a pizza, the sauce and cheese have been quite sparse. So, during my next orders, I requested extra of both, but there was still no noticeable difference. This has happened multiple times. The manager at their original location advised me to call and inform the manager at my local branch so that they could remake my order. But why should I have to wait an additional hour for that? When I mentioned that I’ve worked in restaurants before and am aware of what often happens to food when you complain, the response I got was ridiculous. Another customer also lodged a complaint, stating that she saw a cook blow his nose while preparing her food and didn’t wash his hands afterward—gross! To make matters worse, they mistakenly handed her food to the wrong person, and when that customer realized the error after handling it, they insisted she take it anyway! This is unacceptable!

I recently ordered the Buffalo chicken salad and the cream of crab soup. Both dishes were delicious, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend their food!
