It was a pleasant experience at Wilsonton McDonalds recently. We took the 2 young grandchildren and as a senior I dreaded ordering on the onstore computer menu. I was able to order at the counter from a very friendly young lady who was extremely helpful. She explained the options and I could choose what we wanted. Thank you for a good outcome. What User doesn't like about McDonald's Family Restaurants:
Ah - McDonalds has joined the nanny state. No salt on the chips (used to be their best item). No salt on the stand. Staff bemused and vacant eyed when I asked twice...We have no salt.' OK. Tasteless chips. Good coffee. Endless high pitched beeping. Like being in a reversing bay. Awful. Never again. View all feedback.
Staff were friendly, and the place was clean. The coffee was good! Mainly dropped in here because I knew it would be quick, as I still had a long journey to go.
Everything is so clean at McDonald's and the staff are very helpful, whether in the McCafe part or the burger part

Went to tehnew one near Clifford gardens at 6 am for a coffee. Was quite busy. Normal Maccafe and burgers. Clean, well presented.
Stopped in whilst traveling through Toowoomba and was happy with the clean facilities. Coffee was great and the donut I purchased was the freshest I have ever eaten in a McDonalds store. Friendly and fast service.
