What User likes about Starbucks:
The drive-thru experience at this restaurant was average. It met my expectations, but there were a few areas that could have been improved, particularly their selection of cake pops. Unfortunately, the specific flavor we wanted was not available when we visited on a Saturday. However, the staff made up for it by giving us an extra pop. I am consistently let down by this particular Starbucks branch. The service is generally slow and half the time when I order my drinks, they claim to be out of a specific product and cannot make my drink correctly or only fill it halfway. The Starbucks on 75th Street is far superior, with better tasting coffee and overall service. View all feedback.
