What Dan doesn't like about Fjord Fish Market:
So looking forward to this place but unfortunately the staff was completely rude and unwilling to accommodate any request for food order He laughed in my face when I tried to order a lobster roll and pointed to empty container. I then asked for a crab roll and he said kitchen was closed. Will not be coming back to this rude establishment in darien. Avoid. View all feedback.
Our favorite fish market! We came here all the time when we lived in Stamford and wish there was an outpost in LA where we now live. Can’t find anything around here that comes close…
Love the sushi from here, amazing quality and very fresh shrimp. I highly recommend the Shrimp Tempura roll, it’s delicious! “Mike” the sushi chef is awesome.
Fish sandwich is super fresh. The staff pick up and sliced the tuna in front me and fried it in the back. Took 15 min and worth the wait. Poke bowl is good except the rice was cold and hard to chew on. It’ll be five stars if they keep rice warm and soft.
Absolutely the best place to get fish in a Fairfield County. Their Fjord dip is like crack and one of the only appetizers that is better than anything I can make myself. Don’t forget to stop here at lunchtime for their sushi!
The swordfish was fresh, while the ahi tuna was both fatty and firm, making it worth the price.
