In the „middle of nowhere“ (the region before you get to lyon) we were searching for a place to have lunch. Luckily I discovered All Freds via tripadvisor. The restaurants outside does not...speak for its nice spacious terrace, really good friendly service and last but not least it‘s delicious food. To be honest we had been a little bit disappointed by the french cuisine, but this restaurant was a true highlight. We ordered a massive boeuf charloise with home made fries, a salad with goat cheese and a phenomenal desert. It was truely the best non-seafood we had in one month traveling france. The chef, his wife and all the service personal were great hosts and did everything they could to make us feel good welcome. We will definitely come back when we will get back to this area someday.

I asked myself about the assiette de boucher, but I decided to order the entrecote. When my meal arrived, it was the assault that wasn't what I ordered or wanted. When I had a long day, I decided to just eat it. I can't blame for eating, but it wasn't what I ordered. also I ordered a half bottle house red wine, I asked the price and was told €11 when the bill arrived the wee was €15, sorry but for wee from a box this is a total tear for 37.5cl
