I love Edo Teppan me and my sister come here as often as we can! I do have to agree about the quality of the noodles in the ramen, they do taste a little like instant noodles, however everything else is AMAZING. My personal favs are the katsu curry, gyoza dumplings and the sushi is always really fresh and yummy :

Despite any negative reviews, don't be discouraged - the sashimi and spicy soft shell crab maki are highly recommended. I have visited the restaurant multiple times and have never had a bad experience. I give it 5 stars!

Visited Edo Teppan last night, we ordered a chicken ramen, vegetable tempura ramen, and gyoza to share. Everything was incredibly oily, ramen noodles were just basic two minute noodles, not much flavour in the broth. The chicken was inedibly dry. Very disappointed, will not go back. Just glad we ordered the cheaper dishes because at $20 for a bento box we would have been outraged.
