Speedy's Pizza - Darby Township

Yo. My go to pizza shop. Great pie. Hits the spot. The crew works hard and it shows. One of my favorites.

The Hawaiian pizza was awful, the bacon they put its not even bacon smells with onions and lots of fat,first time ordered and its alast time .

We had a weird order. Pizza with no cheese and beef pepperoni (my bf is lactose intolerant and doesn’t eat pork). Lots of places still put cheese or use pork and I always have to check the box before I leave but this time I forgot. Not only was it correct, he loved it! Me and my daughter split the upside down pizza and subbed provolone. It was sooo good. You can tell they use 00 flour. I work for an award winning Chef who makes Neapolitan pizza and can tell when a place uses the good stuff. Anyone who left reviews about the crust must be used to greasy Pizza Hut crust or something bc Speedy Pizza’s is ?. Bravo! Dietary restrictions: Beef pepperoni

While Speedy's may offer a variety of the taste of Philadelphia, their hoagies leave lot to be desired. Everyone knows that it's the bread that makes a good hoagie in Philly. when placing my order I specifically asked about the quality of the bread and was reasured that it was good and fresh. Well, when I opened up my sandwich, I immediately knew I had made the wrong choice. I asked for extra onions there were 6 small slices of red onions. I asked for oregano, none . the lettuce, was the consistency of that of a salad(not shredded). When I picked up my sandwich, the BREAD was so stale and hard, the bottom part of the roll fell off. Speedy's, you are next to the King of Hoagies, Maranuccis's! You guys are not even trying! I will not be back!

Gave me plain cheesecake instead of chocolate cheesecake. Food is just average.
