They stole from me. I ordered drinks and entree, since you pay ahead of time included tip. After waiting 15 minutes server comes and says they have no beef for the order of Mongolia beef. I asked for a refund and was refused. They should not have had it on their menu if they had no product and to make me wait so long is ridiculous. I was told to go online and request. It should have been an immediate refund. No response from online request. After calling the manager several times only received a partial refund. To me, this company are thieves.
Extremely rude and unhelpfull staff. Stay away. There are many other places where staff is friendly but not here.
Honestly speaking.. food is great.. dust could be kept up with way more! Mind you dust is almost 90% human skin and bacteria.. service was a bit disappointing. For a high end restaurant and what I paid I expected better service from a human. Instead I was forced to pull up a menu and order on my phone like I was ordering gub hub. Smfh. That's not the experience I expected. it was even very time consuming and I almost left over how long it took to place my order, and a second time bc how long the waitress took to check on me ....mind you she was in eye site. This is the environment technology gives you sadly.
I haven’t been here in a long time but I stopped today and everything was terrible. Fish was old, like dangerously so. Eggs roll sucked, miso sucked. Bar tender was great but they took away the interaction with the staff by making you order through a web portal. Totally stupid and I’ll never be back. Too bad, the place used to be my spot at the Philly airport.
