The black girl with the braids is one of the rudest people I’ve encountered in this location. Location 16th and sansom. Horrible service. Tried to give me old pretzels. Tone and attitude is horrible. Their employees suck and are ignorant. Won’t come back ever again lol
Find another location. The slackers here have the door locked during business hours. If their excuse is “we had to use the bathroom” it’s impossible as on two other occasion they either didn’t have a bathroom or it was broken.
Had a Jones for a real Philadelphia soft pretzel and this place did it right!! Took a nice ride to Philadelphia just for the pretzels. Bought 30 of them hot right out of the oven. My car still smells like them. Best air freshener I ever bought. Only 1 thing. Bought 30 pretzels, did you have to charge me 0. 25 for a small cup of mustard? Was definitely worth the drive, traffic and all.
I appreciate the warm friendly customer service when the staff makes a special pretzel order for the no salt people. Thank You
