New Germantown Pizza Grill

Ordered a stromboli it was the best I've had since moving to Germantown 7yrs ago try the house special u will love it will order again

Myself and my daughter came here for one slice of pizza and it was very good evening time.

Customer service is horrible the chicks in the front are very rude and I don’t like they look at like something is wrong when u walk in there store they rather service only Muslims and it’s said to say

Nice folks. First pizza in Philly and we are picking up Hawaiian and some cheese cake for desert.

Extremely disgusting customer service. I placed a pick up order for 3 items through slice. My son went to pick up the food and one item was missing. He went immediately back to the store to get the missing item and was completely ignored and dismissed. When I called to try and explain that an item was missing and that my son was in the store, I kept getting told to please hold and than hung up on! I had to go back to the store myself to get refunded. this is not my first bad experience with this pizza shop). If you want mediocre food and a bad attitude, this is the place! I will never order again from here.
