Nestle Toll House Cafe By Chip

Jesus, this was just one of those experiences that was so terrible I had to share. All I wanted was an iced coffee, guy tells me that he’ll make me an iced latte, I told him I wanted an iced coffee, he tells me he’ll make a Frappuccino. Then he starts trying to explain ice and that what I want is a sweet iced latte. I finally asked him if he had iced coffee. He did not, fine, but how are you making coffee drinks without coffee? I told him I would try the other toll house in the mall, same experience, except this time he did end up having iced coffee, but he clearly didn’t want to sell it to me. I wish he didn’t. He gave me a watered down instant coffee over iced. We got a couple cookies to that tasted pretty old.

The owner is real nice. And the milkshakes are real good.

It’s a pandemic my order was completely opened, need to work on shutting an ceiling orders then bag them thanks.

This is worst ever coffee shop. Coffee and cookies are bad. Don't go to this store. People at this store are mine.

Ordered a iced caramel macchiato, was pretty good.Strong w good taste.The gentleman there was cordial to me and didn't seem rude. Everyones experience seemed negative, mine was normal.
