Lucky's Roadside Stand - Darby Township

Tots and hot dogs were delicious. Highly recommend, one of my favorite places for hot dogs.

Lucky apos;s is always great, but sometimes their specialty burgers have a SUPER distinct flavor that overpowers a lot else. The Oklahoma Onion Butter Burger is so strongly horseradish and onion you better love it. PB Bacon 3x Philadelphia Burger Brawl Winner! is always delicious. Order it. Special Deep Fried Cheese Curds were some of the tastiest "mozzarella stick" type foods, but I think I would prefer their Tots Main Street. Overall this was probably my least favorite order from them and it was still a solid 4 or 5 stars.

The delivery was quick and the burger was very warm when I got it. I just moved to Philly and this is the second burger I have had from Luckys. I have tried burgers from most restaurants in manayunk, and I can honestly say these burgers are the most flavorful to me. Just the meat itself has flavor and would taste good as a plain burger. The inferno portion just adds to it. Although not hot for me, it provides a good kick. The first one I tried was a pb&j and I loved that as well, especially the cherry jelly. Will definitely order again and try to make my way through the other burgers eventually.

I love the PB Bacon 3x Philadelphia Burger Brawl Winner! every time I get it but lately they have been adding their house made jelly with and without it it apos;s just not as good. just got my order now and I kinda don apos;t wanna to even eat it cause I don apos;t have it

The roadside fries were not filled at all for a shareable portion and the cheese sauce could have been spared for sure. Burgers were tasty.
