Livy's Plant Based Food

Update: Thank you for your response, Yes, you can refund the order. Thanks.I ordered from Livy's a while ago. I spent over $49 and received really sub par food that couldn't be eaten. I was really craving a salad, yet the greek salad that arrived was doused in dressing, so bad, that I threw it out. I also tried to eat the veggie burger they sent, but it was a bunch of ground red beans that was cold. Again, Not edible. I wrote Livys an email, but no reply. I tried getting a refund from Uber, but at the time, Uber didn't offer any viable way to contact them. I tried emailing them, and finally they had support contact me. I called Uber back, but their number didn't accept in coming calls! So, Here I am months later complaining. Why? It wasn't just that the food was inedible, it's the fact that Livy's doesn't have the decency to reply to an unsatisfied customer, one who was trying to support a local business, even paying high prices, in order to support their endeavor. Yet, no reply. Please note, that my other reviews for other establishments are all 5 star ratings.

Disappointed. I ordered the mac n cheese a few times from doordash and it was always packed in a small container but to the top so it was a good portion enough to share with others , maybe 2 or 3 servings. Today I ordered and it was a new package that wasn't even filled to the top. Feel like it should have been announced that there was a change in the package and portion. If I knew it changed I wouldn't have wasted my money.

These were the best vegan burgers we've ever had. They were juicy, flavorful and very filling. I appreciated the large portion of fries. It's a little on the pricey side, but it was so delicious it was worth it.

Food was very good. It's a pickup of delivery only. It's not a restaurant of take out it's a food prep kitchen space. I would definitely order from here again

I stumbled upon Livy’s on doordash am so glad I did! If you handed the food to me and I didn’t *know* it was vegan, I wouldn’t know it was vegan. It was also cooked well, great portions, and all of the sauces (on my burger the tots) were delicious. I recommend!
