chicken picatta dish was good, a bit watery though. I typically love garlic and would say there's never enough, but the meatballs were a garlic bomb. eggplant parm sandwich was pretty good too, except for the skin, some pieces were hard to chew through. I can see why some recipes advise peeling it first. servers and staff were very nice and attentive though! View all feedback.
What Andres Cuadrado doesn't like about Juliana's Pizzeria:
My wife and I had this place on our radar as we want to support local businesses. We sat for about 35 minutes and then was told they lost our ticket. Then 15 minutes later we were told the tickets were lost again. Then we were told that they were out of the things we ordered.....We ordered wings, chicken parm and their signature sandwich....oddly they were out of it. Oddly everyone else around us who came in after got their food no problem. My opinion...this has classic 80 's Roxborough vibes to it and not in a good way. Kind of place when we walked in the music stops and everyone looks up. Not a good feeling.
I am fortunate that my work bosses treat us to Juliana’s Pizza almost every Friday for lunch! You have to try their garlic white pizza, especially the one w/ broccoli…it is simply out of this world! I’ve also tried their cheesesteaks which are super juicy and the perfect ratio of cheese to meat factor on a delicious roll. I am an admitted food snob?, so when I give a good review, you know it’s the real deal. Looking forward to dining in the restaurant next time I’m in the area so I can try other their other entrees and signature cocktails?.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I first came here because I heard the pizza cheesesteaks were really good and my first couple of times they were. After a while they became inconsistent with the way they were prepared. It started to be different every time. I could tell when different cooks prepared my meal. Instead of never coming back I decided I would share my experience with the manager the next time I was in the mood for a pizza steak. So today was the day and I did just that. The manager then explained to me that they used the same ingredients and they come out the same every time. It was like he was trying to justify what they do rather than really listen to my experience. I'm very familiar with good customer service and I hold it to a very high standard. Good customer service would have been to listen to my experience and apologize and say how can we get this right. I feel that he was very defensive because I'm black and I told him that I didn't think he would've acted like that if I was a white person with a legitimate complaint. He then said my whole staff is black and at that point I knew I wasn't patronizing this establishment anymore.
A joke. Not a real restaurant. My friend ordered food and they forgot her salad and dressing for our chicken tenders. we went back and the man at the register made a face towards us like it was inconvenient for him to get us a salad and dressing when we paid for it. prices are outrages for the quality of the food. Alfredo doesn’t taste like Alfredo at all. Fix your fries and chicken tenders also.
