El Greco Pizza - Darby Township

Good place for cheese steaks and hoagies etc. They must of changed ownership recently.

I’ll start off by saying I’ve been an El Greco customer for 20+ years. The quality and the consistency was always there when George owned it. It was the only pizza place I’d order from in the Hunting Park area. With the recent change in ownership, and the Google reviews, I was skeptical about ordering food. I decided to give it a try and I was not disappointed! We had the pizza, cheesesteak, and fries. Everything was cooked to perfection, and totally exceeded my expectations. I don’t have one complaint. I’m glad I’m able to order pizza etc in my own neighborhood again instead of having to go elsewhere. I will definitely be a repeat customer again. Great job, new owner(s)!

The food used to be so good but nowadays it fell off the pizza taste different from the original recipe the fries I feel are the same the cheese steak is soggy and you can barely taste any salt, pepper, mayonnaise and barely any ketchup all you taste is meat and onionsKid-friendliness: My little brother goes in here by himself and gets himself a slice of pizza with fries sometimes he will get a milkshake and he says all the staff are nice

I purchased a grilled chicken cheesesteak hoagie, the lettuce was old and the chicken was suspect. It had a wierd smell and taste even my greedy husband didn't like it. I hate to waste food but this was not edible. I used to love their chicken cheesesteaks but this is the second time since the new owners that I've been disappointed oh and we asked for fries with our order, the young lady (who was very nice btw) repeated the order and still no fries.

I ordered a ch. steak Stromboli with gr. peppers onions beef pepperoni and received a cheese stromboli with gr. peppers, onions and pepperoni no steak. When I called to complain, the little b^ said I didn’t tell her steak. She said she knows what heard. Too bad I didn’t have transportation.
