i come through the drive thru quite regularly and the staff is always friendly. you can tell that they are working hard, just to keep up with such a high demand of customers. They keep the drive through line moving nonetheless and make my latte perfectly. thank you dunkin staff View all feedback.
What Mahasin Waheed doesn't like about Dunkin' Donuts:
There were homeless people through your whole store. One of the employees started moving the donuts around the her bare hands, until I said something to her about what she was doing. Then she put one glove on and move around the rest of them. Also I ordered chocolate coco and if I didn’t look inside I would’ve been upset. There was only half a cup in both cups. I asked them to fill them up as they should’ve been and... View all feedback.
Giving this review because there are “beggars” that wait at the drive through window. At first I thought ok one or two, but this is an actual hot spot for beggars if you go through the drive through. If you’re a frequent customer it can be a bit much to see this all the time. Update: for the first time a person walked up to the “order here” kiosk as I’m talking to the person on the intercom placing my order. I was already in the process of ordering so I finished my order but they stared me down. Keep in mind my window was down as they walked up didn’t say anything to me but just gave me a sad face while looking at me the entire time demanding my attention. This was scary and I’m sorry I don’t condone this behavior if you need to Now walk to my car window as I’m ordering.

Talked with someone on the phone about picking up donuts for my classroom and they were so helpful!

I asked them to fill them up as they should’ve been and they became angry but still did it. I will never go back to that establishment ever again. No telling what they do while no one looking, that’s scary.
Sometime this place is too busy to do the small stuff that keep customers coming back
