This the second time ordering the shrimp and I was not disappointed.. love their food

That butter sauce oils is so good!! I loved my crab boil with shrimp and broccoli. The platter had so much food, definitely worth the money. FYI It 's a cash only establishment.

Let me start off by saying that the food was great. It always is. I discovered soulfed back in 2018 and instantly it was one of my favorite seafood spots. Now, it had been a year since I had been there. Last time I went I got 2 orders of crab legs, muscles, and shrimp with a side of broccoli, butterfly shrimp, and crab fries. I also had gotten maybe 3 drinks each person. I paid 175$ ish. This time I just got 2 of the same crab leg, shrimp, and muscle platters a side of broccoli and we had 1 drink each. They did not give a receipt he just walked right up to us and said we owed him 180$. I was baffled. Basically 90$ a person to have 1 platter and 1 drink each. I didn’t even get anything extra. I honestly probably will never go back because that’s just too much for regular seafood. The menu said each platter was 42$ and we added shrimp. The drink menus said the drinks were 14$ each. But we were charged 180$. I heard the group ahead of us complaining about their tab also but it was a group of people and the menu states 15% gratuity for parties of 5 or more. I just believe the menu should reflect what people are actually going to be paying or they should inform you of the price change. They look like they’re going out of business because there wasn’t anyone in there really. It used to always be packed up. But hopefully they make some type of change to help their business because I personally will not go back if the prices stay high like that.

I love the new renovations, won't be fully completed until summer but it looks great, great service and the mango Henny always my goto ??
