Chef's kiss outstanding. I have been coming here regularly for months and I have yet to be let down by Blue Corn. Everything is 10/10, the drinks, the food, the service, etc. Emphasis on the service it is one amongst the best service you can get in Philly even compared to more higher end restaurants. An amazing surprise awaits at Blue Corn, from the cheery colorful decor, the warm and welcoming staff (of whom there are many) to the delicious, authentic and creative Mexican food. A delight!! A wonderful Friday happy hour. Mahi Mahi tacos were so good. Make sure to order the Cafe de Olla, which was so delicious hints of cinnamon, clove, anise, rich and hot. A perfect ending.
Went by the pictures on fb mediocre Mexican food not bad just not that good.
This Mexican spot is my go-to! It's cozy inside and they deliver, which is perfect. My usual picks? Blue tacos, fried plantains, al pastor burritos, and their top-notch house Caesar salad.
