Papa Johns Pizza - Daphne

I was promised delivery within 39 minutes, but my pizza arrived 85 minutes late and was cold and limp. The garlic knots were hard and cold, resembling little flavored rocks. When I contacted management, they offered no discount and suggested canceling the order after I was on hold for 15 minutes. It was a terrible experience.

The pizza tasted like cardboard. Honestly, if I had put the pepperoni and cheese on the box and eaten that, it would have tasted the same.

We received burnt pizzas, and one of them was missing a slice. Update: I decided to give them another chance, but this time I got a pizza that was mostly crust with hardly any cheese.

Placed order and was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. When we arrived to pick it up, was told it would be AT LEAST 30 minutes before they could start on the order. Needless to say, we cancelled that order and got a pizza from another company. Doubtful we will ever use Papa John?s again.

We ordered a pizza online, and when I got to the restaurant, went to the counter, and it was like I was invisible 2 other customers and a doordash got service before I was even acknowledged. Finally, a female employee that had been on the sidewalksmoking, came inside and also ignored me (and didn 't wash her hands, which is disturbing), so i called the resturant from theirlobby and asked them if my pizza was ready. She got snippidy with me and said "why didn 't you just ask me? If she hadn 't been onthe sidewalk, I would have, and if the employee she left behind the counter would have noticed that there was a customerSTANDING IN FRONT OF THE COUNTER, I would have asked him also. I get that there 's a labor shortage, and you have to hire whowill work, but goodness gracious....that 's bad. Pizza was ready the whole time, so of course it was cold when I got it home.
