We occasionally have pizza lunches and host babysitting nights every other week at our preschool, and we always order hot, ready-made pizzas from Little Caesars. Our orders are usually quite large with a few special requests. The pizzas are consistently cut into small slices and always ready on time for our school. Whether we order inside or through the drive-thru, we are always greeted with a smile and quick service. Our school truly appreciates Little Caesars as we continue to hold these events for our students. A big thank you to the team!
The staff is consistently friendly, and they usually stay on top of your order without keeping you waiting long.
The pizza looks horrible, but it tasted decent enough. I won't be ordering the pretzel pizza again though, this was my second time trying it, and both times the crust has been disappointing in quality, maybe they're not proofing the dough it correctly? I also don't understand why the box is SO greasy from this order. As far as customer service, both employees that I spoke with were professional and efficient (phone order and window pickup).
Since I was parked in front of the store, I noticed another customer knocking on the door, prompting a young girl to come and unlock it. I took the opportunity to step out and tell her that I had been waiting 50 minutes since I was told my pizzas were being made. Her response was dismissive as she raised her hand in a "stop" gesture and simply said "okay." I then asked if the pizzas had burned, and only then did she ask for my name. Once I told her, she assured me she would get the pizzas, saying she knew exactly where they were. If I hadn't already prepaid for my order, I would have left after what I considered a reasonable wait time of 15-20 minutes. When my pizzas finally arrived, they were lukewarm instead of the hot and ready meal I expected. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Clearly, this location is poorly managed and cannot efficiently handle a high volume of customers, and I found the young girl’s attitude to be quite unprofessional.
