I was shocked today. A lady with different colored hair that worked at this store refused to sell a bald gentleman in front of me and called him a skin head. He didn't do or say anything except order a cup of coffee. Then the lady behind him ask for three dozen donuts and she refused to sell them to her. The staff here are wonderful! Daphne’s is a fantastic place with generous portions. I absolutely love her birthday cake iced latte!
My order was handled quickly and with a friendly attitude. I'm absolutely loving the new bagel minis!
I forgot my homemade coffee house, so I have thrown in and taken one for the road. the propulsion thru staff was very nice and respectful! a service!
This morning was the last time that I went to dunkin donuts in daphne, al. the setting started on the drive through the order window and ended with an extremely rude situation at the pickup window after I realized that my order was wrong. there was a really nice guy trying to get everything right and a group of employees behind him added to the problem that really disappointing is that I really like the breakfast, but with a page of the hire I can only give this place a two star! I am sure this is not dunkin donuts standards, but I want to be back to this place. I thought someone should know.
They have pretty good coffee... But it's kind of hit or miss if your order will be correct. Cold brew with sweet cold foam and some sugar... You would be surprised with the variables that gets thrown in that order... You end up paying for stuff you didn't order. Even when repeating it back. The person taking my order just heavy sighs and replies with a spicy... Yeah.... My order was wrong... Again. Lol (I was the only car there) It's really hit or miss. Inspection of your order while your there is a must... Because they also don't answer the phone.
