Oh my, what a terrible experience! I've been to this Arby's before and it was good, but on March 8th at 3:45 PM, it was disappointing. The service was incredibly slow. I had an issue with my online order, and after waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, I had to go inside. Once inside, I found a long line of people who had been waiting over 10 minutes just to place their orders. When one woman asked an employee to help her, she replied, "That's not my job right now." The manager, Tiffany, was unhelpful as well. After wasting 30 minutes, I left without any food.
The BBQ and ranch chicken wraps were amazing. Tiffany, who helped me, was fantastic—she definitely deserves a compliment!
3 for 5 advertising is a joke. You get 1 inch sliders not full sandwiches. Definitely not impressed.
