Beautiful place. I had New york Steak. Next time, I will try the rib eye. The steak was good. The rolls were good. Update: This time, I was in for sushi and sashimi. Fresh delicious cuts. Will be back for dinner. I was in the next day for sushi plate and shrimp teriyaki bento. The bento comes what's shown in the picture. The sushi plate is in the last picture. View all feedback.
What Melinda Young doesn't like about Summer Hokkaido:
First thing we seen as we walked in was $1 refills. Which we weren’t happy about. But we were so hungry we decided to sit and eat. The waitress was very pleasant and attentive but the food was not the greatest at all. We are new to the area and decided to give it a shot. View all feedback.
I got food poisoning there. The chicken wasn't fresh, it tasted old.
Sushi was great, had the Kentucky maki and the crispy tuna roll. Although I don't think the portion sizes aren't that great for the price and they charge for refills. You can get hot green tea but it's just Lipton tea bags.
Everything is super delicious! Every single roll I have had has been beautiful and tastes wonderful. Wait staff are kind and helpful as well.
Food was good and well presented. Atmosphere was moody and quiet. Service was slow and had multiple requests for same item. It wasn't overly busy for lunch and only one wait staff. I would go again and hope wait staff was having a better day.
We get this for take-out all the time. The food is wonderful and is an amazing bang for your buck. I highly recommend this restaurant.
