Just yesterday, I had sweet pizza sauce with my 2 slices. I love the regular sauce!! There are several up front taking care of me. I have never waited for a seat. You have 2 different seating areas. View all feedback.
What Dustin Williams doesn't like about Unida Pizza Danville:
Me my daughter and my son will actually my two daughters ordered from here I got a cheese Cosmo which was cold when it come out it was supposed to be a cosmo that's warm not just a cold sandwich anyway my other daughter got chicken wings they weren't done all the way my son got a piece of pizza which he got at the end of the meal this was a fiasco this place is ridiculous I wouldn't recommend it at all View all feedback.
We have ordered from here twice within the last week. Our first out was a large cheese pizza and a personal margarita pizza. The margarita pizza had a very long strand of hair in it making the pizza not edible. This past Thursday we ordered two pizzas once again and requested that they be cooked very crispy (because they are usually undercooked), they not only did not cook it very well, they completely undercooked it to the point of it not being edible even after we cooked it in our own oven. Needless to say, we ended up throwing it out and making dinner at home. I called and spoke to Doug who stated that he guesses he would be the “manager” due to the manager and owner being unavailable. I explained to him the situation and requested that the owner contact me. The next day as I was at an appointment, the owner did call and say he would call me back due to me not being able to talk, which NEVER happened and I even waited for another day to go by and still nothing, thus resulting in this review. Good customer service goes a long way when dealing with customers, do not say you will do something and then not do it. As you can see, the pizza made it to the trash and we made spaghetti for dinner. My advice is to save the and make dinner at home… Stay away from here…
We have encountered struggles with correctness of orders in the past, and tended to overlook because the food is always good. Tonight was unfortunately our final order with Unida Pizza- Danville. Our order consisted of three subs, one being toasted/ cosmo, and the other two cold. Our order was incorrect when we arrived home, so I called immediately explained the issues with 2 of the 3 subs being wrong to the point they couldn 't be eaten by the person they were intended for. They offered to correct the two subs, so I drove back down to the restaurant (about 10 minutes each way) to pick up the corrected subs. Being already leary of what we had gotten before, I checked the two corrected subs and they were WRONG AGAIN. I returned in the store, informed them they still were not correct, I did not want them made again, because I did not want to wait again. We really enjoy Unida but the unnecessary waste of time, energy, and money to consistently have orders corrected is exhausting.

So I think it's crazy how you guys have a sign up for Good help wanted! it's funny my family member called for a job a few time's also somebody that knows the owner tried getting her a job there, she needs a job and she's called a few times ! So if you wanted good help you could have hired her when somebody calls for a job more than once that should tell you something give! them a job
