Fast service especially with mobile orders. The team is always friendly. Tables are clean and overall welcoming store vibe. Great place to meet with friends or get some work done. What Kimmi Galloway doesn't like about Starbucks:
Called ahead to order since the app wouldn't let me. Drove all the way there to see a sign on the door that they are closed but had multiple workers inside. Third time I've driven here in the past week just for something to either be out of stock, made wrong, or shut down at 5:30pm. View all feedback.
Products are good , service is quick however in a ok here you go bye with forced happiness way.
The barista Keegan was so wonderful. He greeted me with a huge smile and helped me find exactly what I wanted. He gave me a pup cup and my dog would not stop wagging her tail. Coffee was amazing and so was the service. My absolute favorite starbucks store!
Today was my daughter 's birthday and all she wanted to do was go to Starbucks and get a cake pop and get a big person 's drink (pink drink). The staff was friendly and when they found out it was her birthday they gave the cake pop and pink drink to her for free, which they did not have to. I want to thank the Danville Starbucks staff for making my daughter 's birthday morning awesome! You all made her feel super special ?
Starbucks obviously has great coffee, but the people that work at this specific location are all seriously the SWEETEST. Always greeted with a smile, and occasionally they will help a girl out with a free treat or drink! You shouldn’t go there expecting special treatment, but when it occasionally happens it can make someone’s day. The kindness is contagious. I will continue to be a loyal customer!
Exceptional service! The barista cheerfully greeted me and immediately noticed I was having a rough start to my day. He held his smiled and told me the drinks were on him. I assured him it was fine, I was happy to pay, but he insisted. A small gesture that turned my entire day around.
