We went here for my SOs birthday and had a great experience. There are only 2 main courses that are vegan, but they are excellent! If you go in you will Ned to ask for the full menu to see them, but they are visible online as well. I got the vegan enchiladas with a side of guacamole, and they were awesome and included vegan cheese and grilled cactus!!! My wife got vegan tacos, which were similar and came with an awes... What another earthling doesn't like about San Marcos Mexican:
They have two clear vegan options on a separate menu. Tacos and enchiladas. Both were tasty. The best part was the grilled cactus and guacamole, for sure! Vegan cheese comes on both items. Adriana was a great server! She accommodated us by sitting us in the patio area and she didn’t forget about us while out there!
By far the best Mexican in the city, love the food here, we have never been disappointed with anything we've ordered, friendly staff, clean and comfortable
Get the spicier salsa, the ACP is better than most. Vegetarian options: It does have a section in the full menus, they do have a one page lunch menu. Kid-friendliness: The space is large enough to not have people on top of one another. The aesthetic is nice looking. Wheelchair accessibility: Again, this is a large space.

Wasn't the best we've eaten at. The San Marcos in Burlington is much better. The salsa want good at all.
