Quality Inn Suites - Danville

During my stay at this hotel, I was consistently impressed by the level of service provided. The staff's attention to detail in maintaining a clean and comfortable room was exceptional. Each morning, the breakfast offerings were not only delicious but also served with a smile.

If I could give it a zero, I would. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. There were stains on everything from curtain to carpets to bedsheets to towels. The rooms smelt like mold and the wifi/tv was unreliable. There is almost never anyone at the front desk watching the hotel. Upon check out, I called the number at the front desk and was told to leave my ACTIVE room keys there on the desk. This is a security issue. Anyone could walk in and take those then have access to the whole building 's hallways, etc.Lastly, upon check out I received a survey asking about my stay. I filled it out honestly going over the issues about and received a reply from the manager telling me my compliments will be shared with our team and serve as encouragement as we strive to continuously improve the quality of our services. It is always a pleasure to receive positive feedback. In my feedback I didn 't provide a single positive compliment as there was nothing to note but instead received a sarcastic email really showing how much this hotel cares about its guests.Rooms: Dated, moldy, lack of furnitureSafety: No one at the front desk to watch the door.
