The restaurant was a bit short-staffed, which seems to be common these days. The cashier was working diligently and her hard work did not go unnoticed. The food was delicious and the restaurant was in decent condition. The only drawback was that the music playing overhead was too loud and could have been turned down a bit. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hardee's:
29 years ago I would have given this restaurant location 5 stars. but the current second layer manager does not have the spirit of being a manager. Moreover, the meat in the burgers was a bit to end, the containers for the big pommes were not completely opened and the herren rooms must be well scrubbed.
The service at the restaurant was outstanding. Miranda provided excellent assistance, making sure my order was delivered promptly. I was very satisfied with my experience.
I have always loved Hardee's but don't eat there as often as I would like. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. The staff was friendly and my order was served promptly.
I was disappointed as I did not receive the correct order that I paid for at the restaurant. I would have considered returning, but I was in the midst of traveling back home. Instead of receiving the combo I had ordered, I was given two different sandwiches.
Spent over $22 for 3 breakfast combos. Got home and was shirt a hash round for on of the combos. I understand mistakes happen but I tried calling the store over 10 times and nobody would answer the phone. I work hard for my money and I assume they to do so I would like for this to be rectified. What's the use of having a phone that nobody will pick up!?!?
Trashed dinning area. No Coke or Sweet Tea. Had tons of employees available to take care of necessary things but was only worried about drive thru.
