Firehouse Subs Danville Mall

Just like every other restaurant with a to-go order now, you better check it before you leave. My order was no onions and you guys add those and leave off the tomato. It only takes a moment to read the order while making it.

The food is amazing, best sub shop in town. Staff is friendly and the owner is involved and helpful.

I just want to say that I had one of the best experiences this morning at the Danville site. I was very frustrated when I came in with my wife and had no interest in a sub (woman making happy) lol and Ken took my order and I told him I really didn't want it. He took it on himself to offer me one of the best customer service I received in a restaurant and made me one of the most attractive subs I had ever seen it on the advertisement. His customer service and his pride in the food he prepared, changed my whole morning and I will return for this young man! Thanks Ken!

As good as any other fire house subs, excellent food and service in a spacious dining area.
